Driving around the UK

After you have enjoyed a lovely drive
through east Anglia and some pizza in Cambridge you wouldve arrived in
Norwich. You should now be in complete holiday mode and all worries about the
renewal of your car insurance policy
and last week at the office should be forgotten. It is after all why one takes
a holiday. So what is to be done in Norwich? Well, lets have a look.

Norwich is famous for having a lot of
beautiful chapels scattered through the city and the main attraction is without
a doubt the Norwich Cathedral. It is a 900-year old Norman church and is a
definite must see. When it was originally built it was a Catholic church, but
at the moment it is a Church of England.

Another must see attraction is Norwich
Castle that was originally built by William the Conqueror and it has been, over
the centuries, rebuilt a number of times, but only the keep remains. It used to
be a gaol but today it is used as a museum and art gallery that is very popular
with tourists and locals alike.

The last building that I think you have to
go and see while in Norwich is the Dragon Hall on King Street. An old trading
hall turned museum, this Grade 1 listed building was bought by the City Council
in the 70s and they have taken great pride and done a phenomenal job restoring
it to its original state.

After Norwich we will head west, across the
country on our way to Liverpool so get a good nights rest before setting off
the following morning. Remember to never drive when you are extremely tired or
fatigued as you could be a risk to yourself and other motorists. So rest
regularly and make sure that your car insurance providers
number is on your (fully charged) mobile every morning before you leave, you
never know when you might need it.
